Our monatomics should be taken orally, they can be mixed with mineral or filtered water. They can also be taken sublingually "under the tongue". We have established a standard dosage for each individual monatomic and recommend following the dosage information shown on the label located on each substance.
It is logical that the dosage can be varied for subjective reasons, however, one should respect the potency of the product and should not always look for vivid physical phenomena alone as a means to determine its effects. We recommend beginning with low dosages such as 3 drops for the first few days to allow the body to adjust gradually. Monatomics begin working immediately but may take time to correct imbalances within the system depending upon the severity of the damage. It should not and cannot be taken rectally or intravenously and we ask that you refrain from trying other modes of administration.
