Do not take more than 1.5 tablespoons per day.

Do not freeze as freezing can damage a true colloid especially gold, platinum, and iridium. It causes all suspended particles to fall to the bottom.

Do not drink directly from the bottle as this can cause unwanted contamination.

Do not expose the bottle or the element to prolonged direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
