You can change your shipping address after you place an order as long as the item has not shipped.  Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipped as fast as possible.

If an item has already been processed for shipping, you will not be able to change the address.

To update your shipping address:

Raise a ticket with support as soon as possible by sending an email to  [email protected] During operating hours you can click the support button at the bottom right hand corner on any Secret Energy page.
If you are leaving a message/email - Please Include:
 

  • Order Number 
  • Full Name
  • Updated Shipping Address 
  • Any Special Instructions or Related Information

If you are speaking with Live Support - Make your request at that point with all detailed information necessary.
