Domestic Orders

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email along with your order number. After the order is shipped you will receive an additional email confirming your order has been shipped along with a tracking number. Please look through your inbox for this message from us.

International Orders

The same applies with international orders as it does fro domestic in regards to receiving tracking numbers from us. International orders take a bit longer to receive and once they reach customs after leaving the U.S. sometimes the tracking number will not update the packages origins until it reaches its destination, please keep this in mind. Be patient this is normal. However if you have not received your packages after three weeks. Please contact your local customs office.
