This can happen for a few reasons please check the following.
Be sure to check your mailbox SPAM folder.
If you are using any type of blocker for your IP and other information this may be the issue. Please disable this type of software and try to sign up or do a password reset again.
Try the username and password you created to log in despite you did not receive the activation code, sometimes this works.
If you still cannot get in send us an email to support along with your email address and username and we will manually activate your account.
