1. Check System Status
Before attempting any troubleshooting, verify whether the issue is related to system-wide performance or temporary downtime.
✔ Visit Sibyl AI’s official status page or check for announcements in the Discord server regarding system updates or maintenance.
✔ If maintenance is in progress, wait until service is restored and try again later.
2. Refresh and Restart
✔ Log out and log back in to your Sibyl account to refresh your session.
✔ Close and reopen your browser or app to reset any temporary glitches.
✔ If using a browser, clear cache and cookies, then retry the image generation.
3. Verify Your Subscription & Usage Limits
✔ Ensure that you have sufficient image generation credits based on your subscription plan.
✔ If you have exhausted your daily limit, you may need to wait for the refresh cycle or purchase additional Create Tokens.
4. Test with a Different Prompt
✔ Try using a simpler text prompt to see if the issue is related to complexity or unsupported content.
✔ If one prompt fails but another works, the issue may be prompt-specific, requiring rewording.
