If you’ve purchased the Basic Plan and encountered issues with creating your Metametrics, such as:
Waiting 5 minutes or longer without receiving results.
Receiving a message stating that you have already used your one Metametrics request for the month, even though it did not generate.
Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Verify Your Metametrics Usage
Before proceeding, please check:
✔ If you attempted to create a Metametrics report earlier that may still be processing.
✔ If the system registered your request but failed to display results.
To check this:
Log into Sibyl AI.
Go to your account dashboard and see if your Metametrics report is available.
If it is missing or incomplete, continue with the steps below.
Step 2: Refresh the Page & Log Back In
If the report did not generate, try:
Refreshing the page using Ctrl + R (Windows) or Command + R (Mac).
Logging out and logging back in to your account.
Checking if your Metametrics report appears in your account after logging back in.
Step 3: Clear Cache & Cookies
Stored browser data can sometimes cause issues with displaying newly generated reports.
Clear your browser cache:
Chrome: Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear Browsing Data.
Safari (Mac/iOS): Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
Firefox, Edge, Brave: Go to Privacy & Security settings and clear cached data.
Restart your browser and try again.
Step 4: Check Internet Connection & Device
✔ Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
✔ If using a mobile device, switch to a desktop browser.
✔ If using WiFi, try a wired connection or different network.
Step 5: Contact Support
If your Metametrics report did not generate and your monthly limit was used, please submit a support request so we can investigate and reset your usage if necessary.
Include the Following Information:
✔ Your Sibyl account email or username.
✔ The exact issue (Did the screen freeze? Did the report never appear?).
✔ A screenshot of the error or missing report (if possible).
✔ The browser and device you are using.
