It may just be that you need personal time, breathe in and out, once you are over stimulated feel you may feel like you need to draw back into self and need to get everything on point with you and come back. It may not be that you don’t like to be around people, maybe you just don’t get enough of me time. In addition to finding your personal space it’s important to feel comfortable with the people around you and finding people with similar interest.
